How does it work ?
Connect with your dance school / friends, present the project and register through our website by sending us an email in the "contact" section.
The coordinator of each group has the responsibility to provide all information about time, date and place of the rehearsals, and all other arrangements to all the participants.
You do not need to be a dance teachers to become a Coordinator or start this project with us. All you need is Passion for Kizomba, and understanding of the main goal of the Flash Mob event, which is to promote Kizomba around the world.
There is no minimum or maximum number of participants. It can be one or 100 couples.
There is no limit of how many teams are in the same city, but ideally would be preferred for all the teams to join together for the official filming.

Choose the location for performing, preferably outdoors with many people around for better impact IF you live in a warm country.
If due to weather reasons like rain or other you cannot perform outside, organise an indoor location in advance as backup. Performance can be also done on a event of a festival if it happens to match the same weekend.
You can choose to perform/film it on the 20th or 21th of July, saturday or sunday.
If for some reason you cannot do the choreo that weekend but the weekend before or after, please write a private msg.
Preferably the whole team should have the same shirt colour, same with pants or skirts. But please feel creative and free to create your own Unique style of dressing up with your team.
Organize the filming with 2 cameras or 2 phones. Minimum video size format is 1080p or maximum 4k.
First and main angle is from the front facing the dancers.
Second angle is filmed from the side or moving around.
Short video clips of rehearsals or photos can be posted on social media during the time before the Flash Mob. All posted videos must tag an official WKP event page, or the website, or have a standard description including some sort of mentioning just to create more awareness about the upcoming event.
We have prepared special TEAM PRIZES for the winners of each one of these 3 categories:
